RETURNS
We do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, you must reach out to us within three days of receiving your order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept order cancellations once products have begun fulfillment, that is as soon as the order goes through.
Please ask all questions before purchasing.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept class cancellations. All items for classes are accounted for after you sign up. If you are unable to make it to a class for any reason, please let us know. You will be allowed one makeup date for a future class.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Our current order processing time for items in stock is 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us.
SHIPPING & LOST PACKAGES
Once we ship your item and it has been picked up from the carrier, the item is out of our hands. If you have a problem with shipping and delivery, you must call the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
